In cooperation with the Archdiocese of San Antonio, and in fulfillment of civil law for the State of Texas and for Bexar County, the parish of Holy Family Catholic Church asks couples preparing for marriage to participate in a preparation program with the following parts:

- An initial meeting with a priest or deacon assigned to the parish
- The filling out of the Marriage Registration Form of the Archidiocese of San Antonio
- The completion of a Pre-Marital Inventory
- A series of meetings with our Marriage Preparation Couples
- A weekend retreat offered by the archdiocese (required by the archdiocese)
- Further planning meetings, as required
- Completion of legal forms, such as the County Marriage License, etc.
